Hello, I’m Matthew Watson, Co-Founder and CEO of WeDoCRM, a CRM service provider. We specialise in implementing and managing CRM technology for global organisations, helping them drive growth and optimise customer relationships. 

Question 1: What brings you to Technology for Marketing?

Being here in person is crucial for connecting with the best leads. There’s only so much you can accomplish digitally, and events like this provide a great opportunity to meet face-to-face with other tech providers we collaborate with daily. It’s a chance to engage, support, and learn from them while sharing insights about the latest tech innovations.

Question 2: What are the top trends and topics right now?

It’s all about AI – literally everywhere! Everyone’s talking about how to implement it, use it, what it can do, and whether it’s going to take over the world. If you’re not staying up to date with the latest in AI, you’re missing out on a massive opportunity.

Question 3: What’s the most exciting part of attending events?

For me, it’s meeting everyone in person. Over the last few months, we’ve had numerous people reach out to us, and now we finally get to meet face-to-face. Events like Technology for Marketing and E-commerce Expo, bring together marketers and tech professionals, offering a great platform for us to promote our brand. Competing in the crowded digital space is tough, so this kind of exposure is invaluable.

Question 4: What’s your best piece of advice heading into peak season?

Be prepared! The peaks and troughs of e-commerce can be unforgiving if you’re not ready. Whether you’re an enterprise or a startup, it’s essential to segment your data, plan what you’re sending, and know your audience. If you aren’t prepared, you’re missing out on revenue. We always remind our clients that timing, targeting, and content are the keys to success. Nail those, and you’ll thrive.
