Emilie Harvey – Co-founder & CTO
Emilie has cultivated a distinguished career, having contributed her expertise to renowned global brands such as Emirates, Eurostar, and Samsung, among others. Her primary focus lies in technical implementation, where she excels at constructing and optimising systems to provide cutting-edge infrastructure for our clients.
Proficient in email design and development, she excels in all technical facets of CRM, such as journey building, dynamic content creation, technology integration, meticulous data selection and management.
Kirsty Dorby – Head of Clients
Part CRM specialist, part strategic mastermind, and full-time adventure seeker – meet Kirsty Dorby. A proud Glaswegian who’s as comfortable navigating complex client needs as she is running marathons, Kirsty proves that endurance isn’t just about crossing finish lines but also about supporting clients across diverse industries.
As a seasoned marketer and confessed CRM nerd, Kirsty has developed much of her career at the agency. Starting as a CRM Specialist, her strategic mind and impeccable resource management skills make her the perfect side-kick to senior CRM pros. Her experience spans retail. e-commerce, fashion, fintech, food and drink, and fintech, to name just a few.
Vanessa Mallia – Head of Growth
Vanessa leads marketing and growth, bringing a wealth of experience from the agency world. With a robust background overseeing Marketing and PR projects targeting diverse audiences, Vanessa’s expertise spans SEO, PPC, email nurture campaigns and multichannel social media management. Her outstanding achievements, including awards for PR and collaborations with global brands like Coca-Cola, Oral-B, Lenovo, Motorola, and Loreal, highlight her impact in the field.
Outside the office, she becomes DJ Vanessa, passionately showcasing her love for music and championing women in the music industry.
Jordana Makin – CRM Manager
Talk about a learning journey! Jordana is our technical wizard who’s predominantly self-taught, mastering coding and CRM systems through sheer determination and an insatiable curiosity. She doesn’t just solve problems, she deconstructs them, learns from them, and rebuilds them more efficiently.
Her ability to grasp new concepts, coupled with a diverse client portfolio spanning both B2B and B2C, positions her as an invaluable asset for adept problem-solving and optimising functionality.
Mariia Volkova – CRM MarTech Specialist
With four languages, a digital marketing degree, and an ongoing psychology study, Mariia is not your average tech specialist. She navigates CRM systems with the same ease she switches between English, French, Russian, and Ukrainian.
As our MarTech specialist, Mariia dedicates her time to setting up and implementing CRM systems across various platforms. Her focus includes optimising both CRM systems and MarTech stacks, and she excels in enhancing or creating new journeys, workflows, and automation to ensure successful execution.
Jessica Beck – CRM Campaign Specialist
Jessica, our campaign guru, drives multi-channel communications for global clients across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail. With experience from A Place in the Sun, she expertly crafts strategies that elevate both TV and event initiatives. Her strategic skills make her a key player in delivering impactful campaigns.
Annalisa Cammisa – CRM Manager
Annalisa is what happens when data meets pure passion – a CRM manager who turns customer insights into pure marketing magic.
With roots in high-end retail and direct-to-consumer brands, she’s not your typical number-cruncher. Annalisa sees analytics like an explorer reads a map: full of exciting routes, hidden treasures, and incredible stories waiting to be told. Her CRM strategies aren’t just data-driven; they’re data-inspired.
She’s passionate about helping businesses get the most out of their CRM systems, ensuring strategies are not only data-driven but also personalised and effective.
