Meet Daniel Clarke – CRM Manager

Meet Daniel, our new CRM manager. He loves data analytics and has joined us from Rangers FC. He previously worked as a commercial analyst at CarMoney.co.uk. With his track record in data-driven roles, Daniel ensures our clients get strategic insights that help them stay ahead. Here’s a peek into Daniel’s world, from analytics wizardry to his grumpy pet hedgehog, Grogu.

As a CRM analytics nerd, Daniel has built his CRM career by rising through the ranks of Rangers Football Club and utilising his background in analysis to drive real data decisions that make a genuine impact. He brings a wealth of experience to the team, with a background spanning multiple sectors, including professional sports and automotive finance.

Graduating with First-Class Honors in Business Studies from the University of Stirling, he was also recognised in 2017 for his outstanding academic performance and extracurricular accomplishments – proving he doesn’t just aim for success, he goes all in!

How Daniel supports our clients:

Data Insights and Reporting: Providing clients with customised data insights through regular reports and BI dashboards, making it easy to track progress, refine strategies, and make informed decisions.

Optimising Client Campaigns: Using analytics to identify trends, Daniel will support clients in adjusting campaigns to maximise engagement and drive results.

Project Roadmap Management: Daniel will oversee the project roadmaps for client campaigns, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and communication remain clear and on schedule.

Strategic Guidance and Best Practices: By interpreting data and industry trends, he’ll offer clients best-practice recommendations to help refine CRM strategies.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Daniel will conduct post-campaign analysis, identifying areas for improvement and helping WeDoCRM and clients adapt to changing market needs.

Focus and Goals

Daniel is currently focused on refining our CRM systems to provide even more strategic insights to clients. His short-term goal is to streamline workflows further, while his long-term aim is to continue mastering data visualisation techniques to provide even more impactful insights.

But what is life like outside of work? Daniel has a passion for weightlifting, rock climbing, and football. A self-professed foodie, he enjoys cooking and trying new dishes. Fun fact: he’s also the proud owner of Grogu, an albino pygmy hedgehog who’s known for his adorably grumpy demeanour!

We are so excited to have him as part of the WeDoCRM team. With his expertise and drive, he’s not only shaping our CRM strategy but also helping clients gain insights that are tailored, actionable, and impactful. Exciting times ahead!
