Kirsty is an invaluable asset to our team, seamlessly taking on the role of Head of Retainer Clients. Her expertise and leadership have greatly contributed to the success and growth of our client-focused initiatives. She oversees our long-term clients’ needs and ensures their satisfaction and loyalty through her strategic approach and strong relationships.

As a seasoned marketer and self-confessed CRM nerd, Kirsty has developed much of her career at the agency. Starting as a CRM Specialist, her strategic mind and impeccable resource management skills, make her the perfect side-kick to senior CRM pros. Her experience spans retail. e-commerce, fashion, fintech, food and drink, to name just a few.

She has also worked with the likes of global brands Space NK, Charles Tyrwhitt, Bulb Energy, and Pearson.
