The recruitment process:

Week 1: We posted the job advert and reviewed applications.

Week 2: We conducted initial interviews.

Week 3: We held final interviews and selected the ideal candidate. Following the selection, we proceeded with onboarding through WeDoCRM and the Energy brand. We presented four strong candidates who then underwent interviews with both our team and the Energy brand team.

The successful candidate began their onboarding by familiarising themselves with the data, team setup, and software. Together, we supported additional initiatives, including alternative fuel payments and warm home discount schemes, while managing and executing four price change campaigns.

To ensure a smooth transition to the new Head of CRM, WeDoCRM managed and executed several CRM campaigns. These campaigns involved technically complex emails, due to the various energy supply options, requiring numerous dynamic content fields and extensive quality assurance testing for each scenario.
