This role is in many ways the last piece of the puzzle before WeDoCRM truly cements itself as a household name in CRM services.

There’s a lot riding on it, so we’re looking for a true diamond in the rough. Someone tenacious who isn’t put off by the word no. Someone prepared to graft for a Deal and reap the rewards of commission. To give you a brief insight, our Deals tend to start at six-figures.

Now you may be wondering where the job spec is. Well, there isn’t one. Not because I couldn’t be bothered to write one, but because I want to audition you first. A quick test of your Sales expertise that, if successful, will unlock an interview.

So what do you have to do?

It’s simple. Pitch me WeDoCRM in the form of a cold outreach email.

As the ex-Head of CRM for a major brand, I used to be this agency’s perfect target persona. If your outreach pitch makes me want to learn more about WeDoCRM, I’ll promise you an interview for the role.

As our BDM, you’ll earn a solid base salary between £40,000 – £50,000, as well as a tasty commission structure of 5% on the first £100,000 of net revenue, followed by 8% on net revenue up to £400,000, before unlocking 10% of net revenue over £400,000.
