In 2023, we executed four simultaneous end-of-year promotions over an 8-week period. By offering customers multiple reward options, we aimed to appeal to all personas, increasing engagement and boosting their assets under management (AUM).

This 8-week campaign features personalised rates tailored for each individual customer, emerging as our most successful promotion to date. It generated a remarkable +48.95% increase in new AUM compared to the monthly average over the previous 6 months, significantly surpassing our past promotions.

Through well-tuned cohorts based on portfolio balance and behaviours, we were able to generate record-breaking AUM while limiting the cost to the business. Additionally, we kept our open/click rates steady, avoiding communication fatigue.
Our efforts resulted in a total increase of +50.4% in new AUM (compared to the monthly average over the previous 6 months), over 8 weeks for our client. Typically, we saw a 9% participation rate for other campaigns, however, for the end-of-year promotions campaign, participation spiked to 18.53%, marking nearly a 99% increase.
