Their purpose is to help households save money, by giving them access to free online tools that enable them to compare and switch products. Through this, they’ve successfully guided their users to save an impressive £1.8 billion on their household bills, a significant accomplishment in today’s economic landscape.
They’ve also built a reputation for their TV ads, including the recent MoneySuperSeven series, featuring the one-and-only Dame Judi Dench as the squad leader.
They stand out for their distinctive approach, offering crystal-clear information that empowers customers to choose financial products that are cheaper and perfectly tailored to their circumstances.
What was their need?
MoneySuperMarket is on a mission to save Britain serious money. They were looking for additional support within their current CRM team and needed someone to boost their daily operations to new heights.
Our challenge was to broaden the reach of the offers they were promoting. Whether it was car and home insurance, broadband, credit cards, travel, or mortgages, our goal was to ensure that the emails reached the right audience and showcased the enticing opportunities for significant savings.
How WeDoCRM boosted MoneySuperMarket’s CRM functionality
As part of our service and insourced business model, we worked alongside Gwennan Rees (Senior CRM Strategy Manager), Danielle Wakeman (Head of Customer Proposition), and the rest of the CRM team, supporting them with multi-channel campaign execution, MarTech optimisation, and content marketing.
They improved their customer engagement and productivity by teaming up with Braze. This partnership focused on enhancing the campaign strategy by providing the necessary infrastructure.
With us being a certified Braze partner we were able to maintain and optimise Braze processes quickly and efficiently.
We acted as an insourced CRM team, operating day-to-day alongside their existing team. Offering two CRM specialists (one senior) and a content/copywriting specialist, as well as our technical specialists when needed.
Support was provided in the following key areas:
- Maintained and optimised Braze processes for improved efficiency.
- Created email campaigns using HTML and Liquid
- Created and deployed in-app push notifications for multi-channel testing.
- Generated content, including copy, images, and graphics.
