We’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with James and James Fulfilment, the award-winning e-commerce fulfilment partner. It’s a pivotal year for James and James as they’ve recently grown their base in the US and are set to expand their operations into Canada and Australia in 2023.
As the official CRM migration partner of James and James, WeDoCRM will assist in both the optimisation of their existing Salesforce SalesCloud system, as well as the implementation of Pardot, to replace their existing marketing automation software.
The end goal is to ensure James and James has a robust techstack that can handle their upcoming global expansion and ensure operations and marketing continue to work in harmony across the business.

Who is James and James Fulfilment?
James and James Fulfilment is the first digital-native fulfilment house in the UK and partner to hundreds of fast-growing, industry-disrupting eCommerce brands. Their aim since 2010 has been to address the failings of the fulfilment industry (and cause major, intentional disruption).
In 2016, they established themselves stateside in Ohio and earned a reputation for doing things differently, creating change for the better, and delivering real results. They also added a European base in Venlo, NL, to their operations in 2021.
