WeDoCRM Secures Global CRM Contract with Pearson
We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our journey by securing an international CRM contract with Pearson, one of the largest education companies globally and one of the largest book publishers in the world.
Under this groundbreaking partnership, WeDoCRM will spearhead a dynamic CRM strategy for Pearson across multiple regions and products. The scope of work includes creating and implementing various campaigns throughout the year, such as cross-selling, loyalty, referral, nurturing, and re-engagement schemes.
Key Highlights of the Partnership:
- Key persona’s lead nurture campaigns: WeDoCRM will kickstart the collaboration by creating CRM campaigns for Pearson’s key targeted personas, emphasising lead nurture strategies to foster meaningful engagements.
- Global Template Designs: The agency will collaborate with Pearson’s Brand Team to review and enhance global template designs, ensuring a modern and engaging look while prioritising accessibility.
- Data Automation and Migrations: WeDoCRM will provide ongoing support to Pearson’s CRM team with data automation and migrations, ensuring seamless operations.
- CRM Email Journeys: The agency will develop, build, and deploy email journeys, focusing on encouraging engagement and lead generation.
- Additional Ad Hoc Campaign Creation and Support: WeDoCRM will support additional ad hoc campaigns, ensuring Pearson’s marketing efforts remain agile and responsive to market dynamics.
