We are excited to share that we have been shortlisted for the Best Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign award at the eCommerce Awards 2024 hosted by the eCommerce Expo.

We are honoured to be shortlisted for our collaboration with Tellus, a groundbreaking FinTech client. Tellus, based in the US, is transforming wealth creation by leveraging real estate. Their platform simplifies wealth-building through transparency, focusing on customer returns and ease of use. Users benefit from wholesale residential real estate lending opportunities, earning rewards and generating passive income effortlessly.

The award is based on our end-of-year campaigns conducted with the client, where we achieved a remarkable +186% increase in Assets Under Management (AUM) in just 8 weeks.

We executed four promotions over this period, offering customers a variety of rewards to cater to different personas and enhance engagement, which boosted AUM. By strategically segmenting data based on portfolio balance and behaviour, we achieved record-breaking AUM growth while maintaining cost efficiency.

We also maintained stable open and click rates, preventing communication fatigue. Our efforts resulted in a substantial +50.4% increase in new AUM compared to the monthly average of the previous 6 months. Notably, participation rates surged from the typical 9% to 18.53% during the end-of-year promotions, representing nearly a 99% increase in engagement.
